Perissa & Perivolos

The second beach side village of Santorini located the other side of Mesa Vouno to Kamari.
Perissa also has a fully organised blue flag beach with beach bars restaurants and watersports. Perissa has a more sandy beach than Kamari, running into Perivolos beach you get a more spread out feel to this resort.  More exploring is needed however with plenty of bars, restaurants and hotels nothing is ever too far away. There is a water taxi that connects Perissa to Kamari situated close to the mountain opposite from the main bus stop. In this area you will also find one of the largest churches in Santorini that was destroyed in 1956 and later rebuilt.

From Perissa you can also reach Ancient Thira however it is more of a dirt track so sensible shoes are recommended.
Accommodation in perissa and perivolos range from camping all the way to 5* so here you will find something for every budget.
